Cancellations & Refund

Application Rejection:

As a general rule, you shall not be entitled to cancel the order once the delivery executive has reached the location. A convenience charge of INR 50 will be charged for your order if you cancel after executive has reached your location.

Idesire galaxy shall have the right to deduct rejection fee for the reasons mentioned below:

  • 1. Incorrect porting code provided for SIM KYC.
  • 2. Incorrect documents submitted for SIM KYC.
  • 3. Live photo mismatch while KYC.
  • 4. Outstanding bill not paid in case of porting from postpaid connection.

To avoid above deductions please ensure all the things are verified by you once before submitting the document.


Customer shall be entitled to get a refund of any of the following circumstances:

  • 1. Prepaid order cancelled by customer / by iDesire Galaxy before delivery.
  • 2. Connection required by operator due to activation issues.
  • 3. Selected fancy number sold out.

Customer shall be entitled to claim for refund in any of the following cases:

  • 1. "STOP MNP" message sent by the customer in the middle of the porting process.
  • 2. Customer's porting request is cancelled due to less than 90 days spent in the current network.
  • 3. FRC recharge done from outside within 2 days of number activation. Order rejected by the operator due to deduce orders in the past.
  • 4. Customer's porting request cancelled due to non-payment of dues before submitting the porting request.
  • 5. Activation pending due to incomplete tele-verification from the customer.

In case of failed online order, if your amount is deducted then it will be auto-refunded to your source account.
